Horrible and no support

Should be removed from App Store. Used to work but quit showing lightning months ago. Tried contacting support through the app and via email from the website multiple times with no response. This is a subscription which is paid for several more months. On Google maps, I found an address and a phone #. If you are having problems try calling them. Maybe if everyone does they will fix this.
