Doesnt alert, no support

I subscribed for push notifications once my year subscription ended, like I always have, and it was as though I have the free version again. No alerts or push notifications for lightning strikes. Thats what you are actually paying for and it no longer works.

Ive sent 8-10 emails to support both through the app and the website with no response. They practically just take your money and you get nothing in return!!!
